Account, household, billing-reference, product-usage, support, and user-provided record information may be processed to operate the service.
Sensitive records
Domicile, estate, access, and legacy records require heightened handling, access controls, retention rules, and vendor review.
Service providers
The final policy will identify categories of processors used for hosting, authentication, payments, communications, support, security, and private object storage.
AI features
Questions submitted to the public Domicile Guide are sent through OpenRouter to the configured AI model to generate a response. The public chat does not receive access to a visitor's Hammer Domicile account or private vault. Visitors should not enter passwords, identification numbers, account numbers, authentication codes, tax returns, or sensitive document contents into the chat.
Control and requests
Production workflows will address access, correction, export, deletion, account closure, and legally required retention.
