Service scope
Hammer Domicile provides organizational software and related support. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, fiduciary, or estate-planning advice.
Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for authorized account use, accurate information, appropriate invited users, and protecting authentication methods.
Subscriptions
The final terms must define trials, renewals, plan changes, cancellations, refunds, taxes, advisor billing, and optional service fees.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law, misrepresent records, upload malicious material, access another household without authorization, or interfere with system security.
Data and termination
The final agreement must define ownership, licenses necessary to operate the service, export windows, deletion, retention, and obligations after termination.
